| wut up xanga I usually don't watch a TV show other than king of the hill, but my brother bought the first season of lost and I gotta admitt I'm pretty hooked. My mom said it relates to the bible or something, I can't make the connection mainly because I haven't read the bible since I was in high school. My little brother is in Austin with my parents right now hes checking out UT, if hes gets accepted I'm definately gonna have to pay him a few visits. I think I'm gonna take next semester off, see how it goes. Work, write some music, I'm going to Conneticut this winter to tour with my friend Britton's band, if they can get the tour booked. We'll see what happens I think it will be fun if it works. | | |
| long time no talk xanga...well not much is really going on I deleted my myspace, and I really don't miss it so I guess I'm gonna have to find another way to keep in touch with far a way friends. All will work out, and it feels weird not playing shows all the time I actually miss it :( | | |
| I actually did go to the warped tour and I gotta say it wasn't nearly as dreadfull as I thought it might be. It was hot I mean...july in texas, but its been hotter and the crowd...wasn't quite as big as I had figured it would have been. Maybe because fallout boy wasn't on it. But it brought back lots of nostalgic memories, and I know I'm getting old because I just stood in the back the whole time. I have to say saves the day was my favorite set, haha and their singer isn't the scene heart throb that he once was, he looked older, chubbier, he looked...married. I'm glad lauren had me go with her. | | |
| It kinda sucks coming back to the real world after a week of sitting on the beach and drinkin margaritas and coronas, but thats the way it goes. Had a good vacation though, my job is still very aggervating, I'm not sure if I'm gonna stick around when the corperate buy out takes full affect. I'm pretty sure this corperation is gonna fire my boss so that might be cool but I don't think they're gonna pay me more or anything like that. I'm thinkin maybe after I buy a new guitar I might just quit and enjoy a summer for the first time in a long time, go see my family memebers that I haven't seen in years, maybe be a merch guy for one of my friend's bands that go on tour. | man it feels like I'm never gonna graduate. I really envy the kids that don't have to work and just go to school full time. I think I'm just tryin to do too much at once, since I can't seem to work less I need to just take fewer classes since there all upper level classes. But since its not lookin like theres gonna be a tour this summer I think I'm just gonna go to summer school. As far as the band goes I'm more concerned with getting new stuff written, its coming along pretty good though, were taking lots of time on songs but I gotta say I'm really pleased with the end product.
Basically I hate school and now I'm to the point where I just wanna get out with out dropping out. | | |
